Privacy notice

Airbus collects and processes personal data of any company´s guests and employees for event organisation. The collection and processing is handled by Airbus as defined in the  “Airbus Group Policy For Personal Data Protection” (reference CDS 118), in accordance with data protection laws and jurisdiction (e.g. European Directive 95/46/EC (the “Directive 95/46/EC“)).

Collection of personal data

The collection of your personal data is a necessity for the purpose of administration of the event (please note, if you do not wish to provide this information, it will impact your ability to participate in an event).

  • It will include your name, address and contact details.

Using personal information

  • Personal data may be communicated to subsidiaries and contractors for the administration of the event.
  • This may include hotels, transport organisations (taxis/coaches) and event organisations.
  • Your personal data will be stored during the pre-event, event and post-event phases.

Securing your data

Your data will be stored regarding the above mentioned “Airbus Group Policy For Personal Data Protection” on secure servers.

It will be retained for 30 days.

Where the company discloses your personal information to its agents or sub-contractors for these purposes, the agent or sub-contractor in question will be obligated to use that personal information in accordance with the terms of this privacy statement.

You are entitled to access to, to modify and to delete your personal data. You can exercise this right by contacting the Data Protection Officer (DPO) of the concerned company at dataprotection@airbus.com, specifying which of aforementioned rights you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of a document validating your identity.
